Terms
Updated 12 October 2026. These are the terms for buying and using Timerless, in plain words.
Who we are
Timerless is made and sold by Cringe LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17216868, at 23 Atwood Road, London W6 0HX. Email [email protected].
What you’re buying
A subscription to Timerless Pro: the right to use the Timerless app for Mac, with every feature and every update, while your subscription is paid. A subscription is for one person, on the Macs they use themselves.
Timerless is sold to customers in the UK only for now. If a payment comes from outside the UK, we cancel it and refund it in full.
Price and payment
- £30 a month, or £174 a year. The price shown is all you pay.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
- If we change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and it only applies from your next renewal.
Refunds
If you’re not happy, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, payments already made aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time.
Cancelling
Cancel any time on Manage your subscription with your licence key, or by email. Cancelling stops the next payment. Timerless keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for.
Your data
What Timerless records stays on your Mac, and you can export it at any time. The privacy notice says what the app and this website collect, and why.
What we’re responsible for
- We work hard to make Timerless accurate, but you’re responsible for checking your timesheets, invoices, reminders and tax records before you send or rely on them. Nothing in Timerless is legal or tax advice.
- We aren’t liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your statutory rights.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms, we’ll email subscribers before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
