Your contractors’ hours, without the timesheet chase
For agencies that work with contractors. Each contractor’s Timerless builds their timesheet as they work. On Monday they approve last week and send it to you in one click. You drop everyone’s files in at once, and each line lands on the right client job, ready for your next invoice.
- Only what needs you. Who hasn’t sent their hours (ask them in one click), job names Timerless hasn’t seen before (one click each, then remembered), and anything unusual: a very long day, a day changed after approval, a new rate.
- Hours you can trust. Each day is sealed when the contractor approves it. A file with an hour changed afterwards is refused.
- Budgets include their time. Your hours and theirs count against each client’s budget, and Timerless drafts the email asking for more before you go over.
- Pay them when you’re paid. Their hours go on your invoice to the client, and Timerless tells you when that invoice is paid.
- Private for them. Only the hours they approve reach you. Never their apps, websites, window titles or screen.
Contractor seats
£10 a contractor a month, on top of your own Timerless licence, paid monthly. Each seat is a licence key for one contractor, for as long as you pay for it. Take someone off your team in Timerless and their key stops working, so the seat is free for the next person.
How it works
- Buy seats with your own key. No key yet? Get Timerless first.
- Invite each contractor from Timerless (Billing → Team). The email carries their key, the download, and your jobs named so their hours land on the right one.
- They work as usual. On Monday Timerless reminds them; they approve their days and press Send.
- You drop their files in. Their hours go on your invoices, and the Team page shows who hasn’t sent and what stands out.
More seats or fewer, a new card, or cancelling: manage your subscription with your own key. For UK businesses on a Mac. Full refund within 14 days. Terms
